I am treating myself to some vanilla ice cream drizzled in honey (Australian honey no less!) for finishing all my packing. It is kind of silly that it took me this long to go through my room. It was certainly an interesting week going through everything. I found random scraps of paper that I thought were oh so important to save over the years but now can appreciate that it is just in fact a piece of paper with something not so memorable written on it! I found bits and bobs that I forgot I owned. I found things thinking why have I only found this now again! But most of all I found what I needed. A good deep delayed spring clean. It took forever and at times was very stressful but now that I am finally done it feels quite frankly amazing!

And though I have finished this much needed organization I still have not found how I feel about this huge transition in my life that I am about to go through. I don't think it will really register anything till I have actually arrived!

Now it is time to go get a few hours of sleep with the lovely Miss Marabou by my side.
